As news emerged on Wednesday morning that prosecutors plan to charge the Ohio school shooter, 17-year-old T.J. Lane, as an adult not a juvenile, there are countless questions about the troubled teen as all those affected by his rampage try to understand what would drive him to open fire on innocent students.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lane went on a shooting spree at Chardon High School that began around 7.30 a.m. on Monday in the cafeteria and resulted in the death of three students, Daniel Parmerto, Russell King Jr., 17, and Demetrius Hewlin, 16, and two others injured.

Four panicked 911 calls made by witnesses of Monday’s shooting rampage at an Ohio high school have been released by police, and RadarOnline.com has audio from the chilling tapes.
The calls were released shortly after 17-year-old suspect T.J. Lane appeared in juvenile court on Tuesday for a detention hearing that determined he should be held in juvenile custody for at least 15 days.

The 17-year-old Ohio high school shooter appeared in court on Tuesday for a detention hearing after he allegedly killed three of his classmates and injured two others during a rampage on Monday.
T.J. Lane appeared with two aunts and his grandfather in front of a judge at the courthouse in Geauga County, Ohio. Cameras were allowed in the courtroom but it was ruled that Lane and his family should not be filmed.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lane opened fire on a group of fellow students in the cafeteria of Chardon High School at around 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning. The first victim, Daniel Parmertor, died later that day, and Russell King Jr, 17, and Demetrius Hewlin, 16, were declared dead on Tuesday morning.

A day after T.J. Lane allegedly went on a deadly shooting rampage at the Chardon High School in Ohio, a third student has died from his injuries at Cleveland’s MetroHealth Medical Center.
Demetrius Hewlin, 16, was declared dead on Tuesday morning after being shot by Lane during the fatal spree that began on Tuesday morning at around 7.30 a.m., reported the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.

UPDATE: A second teenager, 17-year-old Russell King, Jr., has now died as a result of that shooting. Details coming.
The student behind an Ohio school shooting that left a fellow student dead and four injured has been identified as T.J. Lane by a potential victim.
The teenage killer was named by Nate Mueller, a junior at Chardon High School, who narrowly escaped death when a bullet grazed his ear during the initial round of fire in the cafeteria at around 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning.
"My friends were crawling on the floor, and one of my friends was bent over the table, and he was shot," Nate told the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.

"It was almost like a firecracker went off. I turned around and saw (T.J.) standing with a gun and I saw him take a shot."

The Cleveland, Ohio woman who claims Matthew Fox repeatedly punched her last week has filed an assault complaint against the Lost star and prosecutors must now decide whether they intend to press charges against the actor and prosecutors will ultimately decide whether to press charges against the actor.
Regardless, Heather Bormann, 29, says she's going to file a civil suit against Fox.
