As news emerged on Wednesday morning that prosecutors plan to charge the Ohio school shooter, 17-year-old T.J. Lane, as an adult not a juvenile, there are countless questions about the troubled teen as all those affected by his rampage try to understand what would drive him to open fire on innocent students.

Demetrius Hewlin was the third victim to die after being gunned down allegedly by 17-year-old T.J. Lane during his rampage at Chardon High School in Ohio on Monday, and his grieving parents are now speaking out about their loss.

"I don't know what [his] final moments were like, but I can't worry about it," his mother Phyllis Ferguson told ABC News in an exclusive interview. "You have to accept things done and move on."

Four panicked 911 calls made by witnesses of Monday’s shooting rampage at an Ohio high school have been released by police, and RadarOnline.com has audio from the chilling tapes.

The calls were released shortly after 17-year-old suspect T.J. Lane appeared in juvenile court on Tuesday for a detention hearing that determined he should be held in juvenile custody for at least 15 days.

T.J. Lane appeared with two aunts and his grandfather in front of a judge at the courthouse in Geauga County, Ohio. Cameras were allowed in the courtroom but it was ruled that Lane and his family should not be filmed.

A day after T.J. Lane allegedly went on a deadly shooting rampage at the Chardon High School in Ohio, a third student has died from his injuries at Cleveland’s MetroHealth Medical Center.

Demetrius Hewlin, 16, was declared dead on Tuesday morning after being shot by Lane during the fatal spree that began on Tuesday morning at around 7.30 a.m., reported the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.

Russell King Jr., a 17-year-old student, was pronounced brain dead early Tuesday, becoming the second casualty in Monday’s shooting rampage at Chardon High School in suburban Cleveland, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Student Daniel Parmertor was pronounced dead Monday following the rampage at the 1,100-student school.

Family lawyer Robert Farnacci identified the shooter to the AP as T.J. Lane.

UPDATE: A second teenager, 17-year-old Russell King, Jr., has now died as a result of that shooting. Details coming.

The student behind an Ohio school shooting that left a fellow student dead and four injured has been identified as T.J. Lane by a potential victim.

The teenage killer was named by Nate Mueller, a junior at Chardon High School, who narrowly escaped death when a bullet grazed his ear during the initial round of fire in the cafeteria at around 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning.

The Cleveland, Ohio woman who claims Matthew Fox repeatedly punched her last week has filed an assault complaint against the Lost star and prosecutors must now decide whether they intend to press charges against the actor and prosecutors will ultimately decide whether to press charges against the actor.

Regardless, Heather Bormann, 29, says she's going to file a civil suit against Fox.

"He hit me and he should pay the consequences of assaulting a woman,"  Bormann told Fox 8 Cleveland after filling out a statement about the August 28 incident at the Cleveland City Prosecutor's Office Tuesday. "Right now, it's considered a civil matter and that's why he was ultimately released Sunday morning, so I would have to press charges.”

Matthew Fox is accused of allegedly assaulting a 29-year-old woman in Cleveland, Ohio over the weekend, and RadarOnline.com has all the details.

Cleveland Division of Police Public Information Officer, Melissa Dawson, confirmed it was the Lost actor that was involved in the altercation, which occurred in the early morning hours of August 28, and was reported at 1:31 a.m.

“Victim states named suspect tried to board a private party bus that she was driving,” the offense report states. “Victim got up from the drivers seat and blocked the entrance.
