Despite the fact that the actor was recently quoted saying that he was "too busy to date," when he was linked to his Glee co-star Naya Rivera, he has been getting hot and heavy with the gorgeous singer.

The 27-year-old Dallas native met Anine at a music industry party On April 11."She was standing with some friends and he came over to her right away," the source tells RadarOnline.com. "She had no idea who he was but she thought he was really cute and they hit it off. Anine is a babe and she's used to having guys hit on her, so she usually has her guard up, but Mark charmed her right off the bat."

The next night Mark took Anine to dinner and afterward they shared a dessert. "It was really romantic. They were feeding each other bits of this brownie, and the caramel got all Anine's face. It was so cute."

So cute in fact that Anine raved about the date the next day on her blog though more about the food than about Mark!
"Had dinner with Mark Salling from Glee last night," she wrote. "And we got this AMAZING brownie for desert. I'm pretty sure they put something illegal in it. Crack-brownie. They just let the crack part out on the menu. It was the best thing I've ever had in my life. It looks pretty nasty on this pic, but the taste was orgasmic! Have you guys seen Glee yet? Its a super fun TV show, very popular over here, and I know they started airing it in Norway too. You should check it out!"
And it seems Anine was a hit with Mark too, the source says he asked her out again two nights later, April 14, and took her to West Hollywood's Bossa Nova for some late night chicken lasagna. "They're really into each other. They didn't leave until about 1:30 AM. They spent the whole night just talking and laughing," the source says.

But ladies, you may still have a chance at snagging a date with the hunky actor, a source close to Mark, who was at the industry party with him the night Mark and Anine met, denies that there's any romance between the two, accusing Anine of mere publicity seeking and using Mark's name to further her own career. "She knew exactly who he is [when they met]. It's pretty clear what she's trying to do. They're not dating nor did they ever go to any of those places together."
A denial that his rep makes too. In response to RadarOnline.com's request for comment Mark's rep casually responded: "Sorry, I don't know who the girl is you are referring to. Mark is single."
So, it turns into a case of she said, he said - who do you think is telling the truth?
