The Demi Lovato one-punch that gave dancer Alex Welch a bruised eye was a cheap one -- worth "way less" than $100,0000, according to one of her closest pals, who spoke exclusively to RadarOnline.com.
We've learned that Welch, 21, secured what some friends consider a minor financial settlement with the Disney starlet who whacked her in the face during the Jonas Brothers international tour in October last year.

Troubled Disney starlet Demi Lovato has settled her dispute with a back-up dancer she punched in the face, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Alex Welch’s high-powered attorney Donald Karpel confirmed to RadarOnline.com: “It was confidential negotiations that ended in complete and amicable resolution.
“She [Alex Welch] is satisfied.”

The case against retro-soul singer/ party animal Amy Winehouse, which accused her of punching a 25-year-old dancer at a London event last fall, was dismissed Friday by Judge Timothy Workman.
The judge said after hearing the claims made by the Rehab singer's accuser, dancer Sherene Flash, that he couldn't be sure the incident was not an accident. Winehouse said in testimony she was trying to deflect Flash's advances by pushing her away, not intending to smack her.
The singer said she was relieved and going home,.
