The Cougar reality star became engaged to the Atlanta club promoter over the holidays after he bought her an eight carat diamond ring and popped the question while the couple was vacationing in South Beach.

Kill Bill star Michael Madsen was taken to a London area hospital earlier this month after being found unconscious at his hotel, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

And now one of the actor/poet's closest friends is telling RadarOnline.com exclusively that Michael "needs to get to rehab."
"He is a great guy and a great artist and like most artists, a little crazy," the friend adds.
"He has had this problem in the past and it is probably time for him to get help."
Madsen, who shot to fame in the classic film Reservoir Dogs, was in the U.K. to make a low-budget horror flick.
He had been on a nine day booze binge that had brought complaints from other hotel guests.
"When he was found slumped on the doorstep it was hardly a surprise," a hotel eyewitness told the London Sun.

Michael, brother of actress Virginia Madsen, was transported to Royal Cornwall Hospital but not before trying to jump out of the ambulance.
The incident is sadly not the first for Madsen who has earned the reputation as a Hollywood hellraiser in recent years. He was hospitalized in 2008, also in the UK, after a loud fight with his wife.

Madsen returned to his Los Angeles area home on Friday.

Taylor Swift may be on cloud nine but she's still down to earth enough to share her fantastic ride with her fans. RadarOnline.com has the tour photos the young star shared on her MySpace page along with her road ruminations from her stops in Australia and Japan.

"That city sparkled," Swift wrote about Sydney. She took her camera to her other stops Down Under, chronicling a lone tree in Brisbane ("It's probably not lonely though. It's probably just independent.") and the few stolen hours on the beach in Melbourne. Her producer also chipped in, sending her a photo of one night when Swift and some pals tried to cram into a giant bathtub.

In Tokyo, the singer was able to do some more sightseeing. "This was a restaurant where they shot a fight scene from Kill Bill. We all watched it again beforehand to properly prepare," she wrote about a photo of her wielding chopsticks as a confused male pal looks on.
The single star also spent February 14 in the Japanese city.
"It was Valentine's Day. Tokyo is my Valentine."

As for what is in the future, Swift is back in America ramping up the US leg of her tour.
"Then we got on a plane. It was the first time I'd seen home in close to a month. I've been writing lots of songs. And the tour is starting up again soon in the US. I love you guys."

Gail Jensen, the third wife of late actor David Carradine, recalled her lighter days with the Kung Fu star, who died last week in a mysterious incident in Bangkok, Thailand.
"We made 50 films together," she said, noting she was a reliable presence at the late actor's side on the sets in which he worked throughout their marriage.
The one Carradine film she didn't like: Kill Bill.
"No way," she said with a laugh.

Gail Jensen, the third wife of late actor David Carradine, has revealed explosive secrets of the Kill Bill star's sexual past.
Check out exclusive photos of Jensen and Carradine's 1986 wedding.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Jensen says that Carradine was often fond of tying himself up in the bedroom of their California ranch, and even experimented with drowning himself in their pool.
"He had his kinky moments," said Jensen, who believed Carradine used the sex acts as a form of meditation.
These moments, which Jensen described as "magical acts," included a fetish for Speedo bathing suits, as well as tying himself to bedposts or in front of the living room fireplace with belts and neckties.
Carradine was even fond of falling asleep while floating in their swimming pool, submerging up to three inches underwater before barks from the family dogs would revive him and prevent drowning.
In our exclusive clip, Jensen also describes tattoos and piercings that further quenched Carradine's erotic appetite.
Despite his proclivities, Jensen maintains that "he was the love of my life and he always will be."

Hollywood is mourning the sudden death of legendary actor David Carradine, perhaps best know for his roles in the 70s cult classic Kung Fu and most recently, for the Kill Bill movies.
Vivica Fox, who starred opposite Carradine in the Kill Bill films exclusively told popeater.com that Carradine "lived a very full and charmed life," and that she doesn't know "what demons may have been battling him towards the end, but I would have never, ever thought that he would kill himself. I find that to be almost unbelievable that he hung himself. He did not seem like the person that would take his own life. It just seems so out of character."
The actress found out about the news while in Miami for a party for her new show The Cougar.
Fox called Carradine "amazing" and said she feels "like God has called back one of his angels a little sooner than we all expected, and he will be truly missed. I will miss his stories, his smiles and his kind eyes."

Mystery abounds regarding the death of actor David Carradine, the legendary star of Kung Fu and Kill Bill, who was found hanging in a hotel room closet in Bangkok Wednesday.
Initial reports of the 72-year-old actor's death indicated police believed it was a suicide, but the BBC subsequently reported that the actor was found "with a cord around his neck and other parts of his body." The BBC didn't elaborate on which other body parts had a cord about them.
