David Caruso Fights Back In Court

One day after the mother of his two children filed a nine-count lawsuit against him, CSI: Miami star David Caruso is fighting back in court.
Caruso's attorneys are requesting permission to depose Liza Marquez. In court papers filed Friday, Caruso requests access to Liza's tax returns, bank statements and credit card statements.
Marquez charged that Caruso reneged on a $1 million deal to take care of her in her suit filed Thursday. She also made numerous allegations that he emotionally abused her.
