Recession what recession? Someone has just forked out over $2 million for a mobile home in Malibu!
The property sits in the Paradise Cove Mobilehome Park which RadarOnline.com recently featured as the most expensive site of movable homes in America.
The new sale boasts hardwood floors, a designer kitchen, an outdoor spa, plus stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
Realtor David Carter of Pritchett Rapf - who handles sales at Paradise Cove - told RadarOnline.com that homes there represent ‘the most affordable housing’ in star-studded Malibu.
