A judge ruled on Friday that alleged Penn State child abuser Jerry Sandusky should be given permission to see his grandchildren despite numerous allegations of molestation against him, but their mother adamantly disagrees.
“I do not believe it is safe for my children, or any children, to be around Jerry Sandusky,” argued former daughter-in-law Jill Thomas, who is currently in a bitter custody dispute with her ex-husband, Matt Sandusky, reported the Patriot News.

An Alabama man is facing capital murder charges after his wife of just 11 days drowned during a honeymoon scuba diving trip in Australia.
It’s taken eight years for Gabe Watson, of Hoover, Alabama, to be brought to justice in the U.S. after he allegedly turned off the air supply of new wife, Tina Thomas Watson, 26, while the couple were on an underwater adventure at the Great Barrier Reef in 2003, in the hope of gaining her life insurance policy.
Watson, 34, has already served 18 months Down Under after pleading guilty to manslaughter there in 2009, reported AL.com. The surprisingly short sentence he received sparked outrage among Tina’s family, who joined forces with prosecutors in the attorney-general’s office to obtain a two-count capital murder indictment against Watson in his home state just before he was freed from prison.

Law enforcement officials found Lorazepam, Valium, and a sleeping medication in Whitney Houston's hotel room, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The singer was found unresponsive by members of her entourage on Saturday afternoon at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and she was declared dead by responding paramedics at 3:55 p.m. PST on the eve of the Grammy's.
Houston had "a plethora of sedatives including Lorazepam, Valium, Xanax, and a sleeping medication that was found in her hotel room," a law enforcement source tells us.

Whitney Houston's 18-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, was hospitalized just after midnight — this was BEFORE she was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a SECOND time Sunday afternoon, a family source has confirmed to Star magazine and RadarOnline.com.
"She tried to ease the pain of losing her mother by having a few alcoholic drinks," the insider said.
"She was distraught, on the verge of a complete breakdown. Not knowing what to do, members of her mother's entourage tried to calm her down with a sedative. The two were an unfortunate mix and she ended up passing out."

Whitney Houston's ex-husband Bobby Brown has issued a statement about the singer's death.
"I am deeply saddened at the passing of my ex-wife, Whitney Houston. At this time, we ask for privacy, especially for my daughter, Bobbi-Kristina," Brown said.
"I appreciate all of the condolences that have been directed towards my family and I at this most difficult time."

In a court hearing that can only be described as bizarre, Jerry Sandusky laughed and smiled through the proceedings Friday. He then conducted a press conference where he complained to media about not having his freedom.
The former Penn State assistant football coach, who stands accused of sexually molesting dozens of boys who he met through his Second Mile charity, is under house arrest while awaiting trial on over 50 felony charges.
Friday's hearing concerned issues regarding Sandusky's bail and home confinement, and whether the jury pool should come from another county.
But Sandusky was in such good spirits, the judge finally asked him if he was on medication, reports The Patriot-News. He said he was.
“Are you taking the correct dosage?” asked Judge John Cleland. Sandusky laughed, and shook his head. “Yes.”

A comforter found in a storage unit rented by Josh Powell has tested positive for blood, police revealed on Friday.
Pierce County, Washington detectives reported finding a gray-blue-pink comforter with a stain during the search of the unit.
As RadarOnline.com has been reporting, Powell killed himself and his two young sons in a gas-fueled inferno last Sunday. Pierce County authorities consider the murder-suicide an admission that he killed his wife Susan two years earlier.

Susan Powell went missing in December, 2009, and her husband always insisted she'd gone off on her own accord after he'd left in the middle of the night for a camping trip with their two young sons.
Her body has never been found.
