Judge Unsealed Dr. Murray Search Warrant in Michael Jackson Case

A judge in Las Vegas has unsealed the search warrant against Applied Pharmacy Services, where authorities believe Dr. Conrad Murray obtained the drugs that ultimately killed Michael Jackson on June 25, 2009.
Conrad Murray Resolves Child Support Dispute
According to the affidavit, authorities were looking for drugs related to a Visa receipt that linked Dr. Murray to the purchase of Propofol from Applied Pharmacy Services on May 12, 2009. They also were searching for Federal Express records relating to the purchase, transfer and storage of the drug.
Michael Jackson Died From Propofol
The affidavit says that on June 29, 2009 officers recovered multiple vials of prescription drugs, including Propofol, from Dr. Murray's bag that he left in Jackson's residence and none of the drugs were labeled as prescribed to any patient. The document states "The Propofol that was recovered for 11 N. Carolwood Drive in Dr. Murray's doctor's bag and on the bedside table was in 20 ml and 100 ml bottles."
Janet Jackson Blames Murray For Jackson's Death
According to the affidavit, during the search of Dr. Murray's home and office, cops recovered a sales receipt from Applied Pharmacy. The receipt showed that on May 12, 2009, Dr. Murray purchased 4 100 ml vials of Propofol.
Conrad Murray Hires New Attorney In Fight With Baby Momma
The affidavit says that Dr. Murry told authorities that he was not the first doctor to introduce Jackson to the drug, and that multiple doctors had done so, including Dr. Arnold Klein, Dr. Alan Metzeger, two unknown doctors in Germany, Dr. Cherilyn Lee and Dr. David Adams.
The document says that detectives interviewed the children's nanny Grace Owanda and she told them Dr. Klein was treating Michael and "the last physician to treat Jackson was Dr. Larry Koplin."

The father of a boy who sued Michael Jackson and accused him of sexual molestation died by committing suicide, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Evan Chandler, formerly a Beverly Hills dentist, shot himself in the head. He was found dead in Jersey City, N.J.
Jersey City Police Department spokesman Stan Eason told RadarOnline.com: “Evan Chandler’s body was found at 5.35 pm on November 5 by the concierge at his luxury apartment building in Jersey City. We have ruled it as suicide because he was found with a gun held to his body and had a single bullet wound to the side of his head. Mr. Chandler was 65.

“There was no note found in the apartment but officers did find medication in keeping with a serious medical condition. A doctor based at Colanta Hematology in Bayonne, NJ, had called the concierge, asking him check on Mr. Chandler’s apartment as Mr. Chandler had missed an appointment. It was thanks to the concierge’s actions that Mr. Chandler’s body was discovered. Mr. Chandler’s body has now been returned to his family.”
In the early 1990s, Chandler reported Jackson to authorities in both Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, charging the King of Pop with molesting his son, then 13.

The Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office launched a 13-month probe into the allegations and convened a grand jury to look into the sexual abuse charges.
In 1994, the boy gave police audio-taped evidence alleging abuse by Jackson. The boy and his father also brought a civil lawsuit against Jackson.

But the case never went to trial because the boy received a civil settlement for “personal injuries arising out of claims of negligence” from the superstar.

Beverly Hills dentist Evan Chandler died in New Jersey. Details about his death are pending.
An official, with the Regional Medical Examiner’s Office in Newark, N.J. confirmed that Evan Chandler died Monday. She would not provide any other details.

Michael Jackson's live-in doctor at the time of his death, Dr. Conrad Murray, is expected to appear in a Las Vegas courtroom at 11:30 a.m. PST Monday for a child support hearing.
