When Prince William and his bride Kate Middleton became part of the Madame Tussauds galleries last week, their wax figures were praised as being among the best ever presented.
The royal couple is on display at Madame Tussauds in London, Amsterdam and New York City, and cost $300,000 each to create.
But not all the celeb replicas are so realistic.

Maybe money can't buy you you love but a whole lot of it can buy the spectacular Swiss estate of the late George Harrison.
The 1.6 acre property has panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the Swiss Alps and sits at the summit of Montagnola in the Ticino area of southern Switzerland.

Harrison purchased it in July, 2001 while he was receiving cancer treatment at a nearby clinic. He died at his Los Angeles home only four months later.
Wetag Consulting, an affiliate of Christie's, is handling the property with the "price upon request." Harrison reportedly paid $10 million for the place.

Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell were married Sunday in London.
The rock icon was beaming as he and his bride entered the Old Marylebone Town Hall at 3:30 p.m. (London time) for their civil ceremony.
Shevell wore a long sleeve white dress. The groom was in a classic blue suit, and both outfits were designed by his daughter Stella McCartney.

Already in prison, convicted of second-degree murder in the death of actress Lana Clarkson, Phil Spector will soon be facing a jury in a wrongful death suit brought against him.
In 2009, the legendary music producer was found guilty in the 2003 death of Clarkson, who was 40 at the time. He's serving a sentence of 19 years to life.
