Does Blake Lively even own a pair of sweatpants?  While other stars allow themselves to get sloppily styled on the streets, the Gossip Girl refuses to look less than lackluster! Rachel Zoe was one hot mamma in Los Angeles, rocking thigh-high $3,000 Brian Atwood boots with black tights, a simple frock and a Chanel cropped coat, while Eva Longoria looked polished and put together for a day at the salon, carrying a luxe Hermes Birkin bag.
