She only gave birth to baby Blue Ivy on January 8, but Beyonce has already been whipped back into shape.
And the megastar revealed her weight loss secrets to an awe-inspired crowd at Sunday night’s Atlantic City concert, which as RadarOnline.com reported, included Michelle Obama and her two daughters, Sasha and Malia.

During the second show in her her four-date stint at Revel Beach Ovation Hall in Atlantic City, the 30-year-old star announced: “Y’all have no idea how hard I worked.
“I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce!”

It was supposed to be a foundation dedicated to helping women in need of educating themselves into a better life.
But Mary J. Blige’s charity has been exposed as being seriously troubled itself by The New York Post.
The paper is reporting that the charity – which has received backing and donations from big names like Jay-Z and Jada Pinkett Smith – has hundreds of thousands of dollars in missing donations.

Beyonce marked her return to the concert stage last night, delivering an electric performance to 5,500 screaming fans.
It was Beyonce's first show since giving birth in January. "I gotta say, it feels good to be back on stage," the singer said with a huge smile.

The sold-out show was the first of three nights at Ovation Hall at the Revel Resort & Casino in Atlantic City.
Beyonce also shared a photo of her adorable daughter, Blue Ivy, in a video montage.

Jay-Z, appearing on Oprah Winfrey's Oprah's Master Class: Special Edition Sunday, admits he's probably going to be quite the pushover parent when it comes to taking care of his daughter Blue Ivy.
"I imagine I'll take things I learned from my mom and things I've learned from raising my nephews and apply that," Jay-Z said. "Then at the end of the day, I just know I'll probably have the worst spoiled little kid ever."
The Big Pimpin' singer continued, "Well, I mean, everyone imagines they'll be a great dad -- until they're teenagers saying, ‘Get away from me, Dad. You're embarrassing me!' Right? Everyone imagines that, right?"
