Television icon Mary Tyler Moore has revealed she will undergo brain surgery.
The 73-year-old star says she will undergo surgery to remove a meningioma, a benign tumor of the lining tissue of the brain.

Nick Jonas, Mary Tyler Moore and Sugar Ray Leonard and kids with Type 1 diabetes marched on Washington D.C. for more funding for diabetes.
They testified Wednesday before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmnental Affairs to stress the importance of diabetes research and urge Congress to renew funding for the Special Diabetes Program, a supplemental federal funding program for diabetes research.
