Drawstring waists, maxi-dresses and asymmetrical ruffles are fueling rumors of a seventh baby for Angelina Jolie!

When the 35-year-old Salt star was photographed walking with children Maddox, Zahara, Pax and Shiloh through an airport in Tokyo last month, the tight pants and designer heels that have become accustomed to her ‘look’ were gone.

Instead, the high fashion had been replaced with a new and simple ensemble: a drawstring waist little black dress and thongs.

In her role as Goodwill Ambassador for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Angelina Jolie had a personal meeting with the president of Bosnia Hercegovina Saturday, and RadarOnline.com has all the pictures of their historic summit.

Jolie sat down with Jeljko Komsic in Sarajevo to discuss the fate of over 100,000 refugees who are still displaced 15 years after the brutal civil war that tore apart their country.

"I hope that there will soon be practical steps to improve these people's lives," Jolie said in a statement released by the UNHCR.

Angelina, who had her twins along for the trip, arrived in Sarajevo by private jet from Budapest on Friday. She was in Hungary for the opening of her latest spy thriller, Salt.

Earlier in the day she made a conservative choice for a photocall in a deep green fitted cap sleeve cocktail dress by Elie Saab, which was a perfect daytime look and a fitting contrast to the sparkly cocktails dresses and long gowns that she’s worn for the evening premieres.

However Angelina says it’s not her designer clothes that make her sexy, but her lifestyle and attitude - along with her hot man!

“I think you feel sexy if you live an honest and bold life," she said, reported Us Weekly.

“Maybe living life the way I've always lived it had something to do with that, but really, what makes me feel sexy is Brad. He always makes me feel sexy and desirable."
