A trial date is set to be scheduled in a lawsuit that was filed against Shaquille O'Neal by his former mistress, Vanessa Lopez, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Lopez filed the lawsuit against O'Neal in Orange County, Florida, for intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault. Lopez says Shaq started harassing her shortly after she told him she thought she was pregnant.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lopez filed the lawsuit against O'Neal for assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other claims.

Lopez says Shaq started harassing her shortly after she told him she thought she was pregnant. Shaq initially accused her of sleeping with someone else, then when she broke off their relationship, she claims the threats began.

But despite the undeniable height difference the pair were all smiles as they posed for a photo before taking in The Rise of the Planet of the Apes at a Los Angeles movie theater.

O'Neal and Alexander - who was a winner on the reality shows Flavor of Love and I Love Money -  for almost a year.

Shaquille O'Neal was a married man when he sent emails to a reporter revealing his secret crush - on superstar singer Rihanna!

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the basketball star is engaged in a nasty lawsuit with a former employee, Shawn Darling, who has accused him of threatening him and planting false evidence.

In the lawsuit, exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Darling has submitted emails as evidence that he claims prove his point, and one of the emails reveals that Shaq had a crush on Rihanna.

Shaquille O'Neal's legal troubles are continuing with a shocking new lawsuit that RadarOnline.com and Star Magazine have exclusively uncovered in a joint investigation.

In the filing the famed baller is accused of planting a tracking device on his wife's car, using the services of police officers and state attorneys to help him threaten and plant false evidence on a business associate, and even trying to cover-up multiple affairs, including one with a Newsweek reporter.

Shawn Darling, who originally filed a lawsuit against O'Neal in 2010, has filed an amended complaint alleging that O'Neal inflicted "emotional distress and invasion of privacy" against him. Darling became friends with the basketball star in 2007 and claims the friendship continued until 2009.

Shaquille O'Neal and Lamar Odom endorse a bogus "performance technology" bracelet that wrongfully claims to "optimize the body's natural energy flow," according to a federal class action lawsuit filed against the pair.

The NBA superstars are being sued because they are "paid celebrity endorser[s]" of the Power Balance bracelet which purport to improve "strength, balance and flexibility."

But according to lead plaintiff Brian Casserly, the $79.95 bracelet is "nothing short of snake oil". He is seeking statutory and punitive damages for consumer fraud, false advertising, unfair competition and unjust enrichment.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Lopez, who is represented by famed attorney Gloria Allred, filed an amended harassment lawsuit against Shaq in Orange County, Florida in which she named Zormelo as the man O’Neal hired to send her harassing voicemails and text messages.
