VIDEO: 'House' Actress Lisa Edelstein Stars in Controversial 'Right To Choose' Ad

House actress Lisa Edelstein has moved into the political arena as she takes on the G.O.P. in a new ‘right to choose’ ad made in conjunction with activist group MoveOn.org.
The 43-year-old, who plays Dr. House’s love interest, Dr Lisa Cuddy on the Emmy award winning drama, stars in a new 30-second TV ad as a woman who is forced into a “back alley” to undergo a pregnancy termination.

It was a swanky evening at the 35th Annual Gracie Awards Gala in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night, where the hottest television stars (and Jessica Simpson) stepped out in graciously glam fashion. Jessica fabulously flaunted her curves in a navy blue, one-shoulder gown, having a much better fashion day than her Victoria Beckham faux pas on Monday night! Pairing the embellished dress with a nude, box clutch, chunky bangles, pave diamond leaf-shaped earrings and a cocktail ring, the blonde babe was in high style.
Kelly Rutherford stunned in an impeccably designed, high-necked black gown, which featured an asymmetrical back. Adding stunning gold and bejeweled necklaces and a sapphire blue clutch, the Gossip mom looked flawless.

AnnaLynne McCord looked sophisticated in an ivory halter gown, which featured a tiered skirt and form-fitting bodice, though we weren’t crazy about her slicked bad hairdo! Her costar Shenae Grimes looked beyond babelicious in a lowcut, black gown, which featured a gold, embellished belt.

What better to kick-off the Golden Globes, then a fabulous luncheon with all the hip and haute girls of tinseltown? DIC and InStyle hosted their annual Awards Season Diamond Fashion Show Preview on Thursday at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where starlets were dressed in fab and faux pas fashions.
Rachel Bilson was the wild style child of the afternoon, daring to wear a country loving Chanel party dress from the Spring Summer 2010 Collection. Though Rachel is the first celeb to be spotted in this particular party dress from the haute couture collection, Diane Kruger and Sarah Jessica Parker have picked other frocks from Karl's shed!
Ashley Greene opted for a winter white J. Mendel mini, which featured a bowed waist and a sheer overlay. The Twilight stunner added some fun Bohochic earrings for a little extra drama.
