I wonder if this will derail his proposal to raise money for the state by taxing pot. NY already has state sactioned gambling, it has scores of polohacks like Slippery Shelly Silver and all sorts of other nepharious vices. Tax everyone based on their most enjoyable vices, and NY state will never need to run another deficit ever again. Shrewd planning Mr. Guvnor. Crazy like a fox, he is.
