I'm a reader and a fan of New York, but some of the criticism detailed here is spot-on. I work in non-profit and consider myself culturally aware and a avid consumer of media, but I don't eat at Per Se, can't buy 2,000 housewares and would like to see more of New York (rather than white elite) in the pages.
