I really don't know what the problem with the article is. I mean if they really had sources who were important aids to McCain and they believed that these aids believed that there could be an infidelity issue then I think this is news. If anything, there is a reason to publish sooner rather than later with more facts. At this point McCain could still pull out of race for the nomination and someone else could be chosen. If I were I Republican I would want to know about such serious fears held by close McCain associates before the nomination so another candidate could be chosen. If this turns out to be true it could cost McCain conservative votes he is already struggling to get. I believe the story was spot on.
