Things I Loathe: Corruption by Law Enforcement, the Judiciary, and the Securities And Exchange Commission. My Comments
Posted by: NewClothes on March 11, 2008 3:58 AM Eliot Spitzer was certainly in bed with hedge funds, and the powerful lawfirms which represent them. Long ago it was reported how Spitzer would protect organized crime, such as in the bankruptcy rings which caused and ensared Enron, Worldcom, and eToys. Eliot Snoozer was blind to all crime by his brethren, like Tony Soprano Spitzer said "Family is the most important thing, nothing else matters". Like Tony Soprano, Spitzer was a lecherous bigot and abuser of women, and can stand proud in public knowing that everyone knows the same. The Eliot Spitzer legacy is one of public corruption, prosecuting the irrelevant while protecting his brothers. Yo Eliot, your wife was not a dog. What, are you jealous of African American basketball players? Are you jealous that eminem was getting fresher stuff than you? Do you believe the media and the Feds will overlook the Long Trail of prosecutorial corruption where you protected the neo-mafia? Posted by: NewClothes on March 10, 2008 10:46 PM Eliot Spitzer has been both a customer and a protector of organized crime since he was a prosecutor and NY Attorney General. This press release shows that Spitzer ignored the death threat by an attorney, admitted before a civil judge, in order to protect organized crime in bankruptcy courts known as "bankruptcy rings" which Congress sought to fight since the early 1900s. Spitzer was owned by criminals. Look at the similar patterns of fraud that happened in Worldcom, Enron, eToys. Look at the admitted death threat in Worldcom www.lawyersunregulated.blogspot.com. Only Martha Stewart, rap stars, and baseball stars go to prison for such crimes, lawyers who are connected with organized crime merely manipulate the corrupted government officials that they own. Sorry to say that the U.S.A. is permeated with public corruption at the highest levels of our government. Hey Barack Obama: are you really for "change", or are you just a "new boss, same as the old boss"? Posted by: NewClothes on March 10, 2008 6:23 PM |

One of the Sopranos nicknamed Spitzer. But seriously, does anyone really believe that a former Federal prosecutor, the most senior prosecutor of New York State, and the current governor of New York just happened to surf the internet and decide to try a high priced hooker. The only reasonable explanation is that Eliot Spitzer had long term ties with organized crime, and he felt safe. According to the press reports, Spitzer was being investigated for the money transfers and they thought he was being paid bribes. All they found, so far that we know, was the money trail for the payments to the prostitutes. Spitzer has a legacy of arbitrary prosecutions of businesses that were not connected to the Neo-Mafia, yet certain law firms and their hedge fund and major corporate clients always got a free pass. Spitzer, Corruption, Organized Crime, it is just the tip of the iceberg.
