I think Banksy is awesome. Its cool his art can command thousands of dollars, but he still tags buildings and such...knowing it will probably get covered up. Who cares who he is?
Apparently, the New Yorker feels the rest of the country's sense of satire is on par with theirs. Unfortunately, thats not the case. It's just really bad judgement.
