Crooked fundraiser Norman Hsu has turned himself in to authorities. He's the wanted man that padded the accounts of various Democratic contenders, including Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton (who quickly moved to give Hsu's campaign donations to charity upon news that he was wanted for skipping a sentencing in California for a 1991 grand theft conviction). Attention Chinese gangsters who once allegedly kidnapped Hsu to collect a debt: He's being held on $2 million bail in Redwood City. Not sure of visiting hours. [Guardian]
