Yesterday, we reported that the National Enquirer—the only publication in the country that has actually bothered reporting out this John Edwards scandal—was going to publish another exclusive, this time establishing a financial link between the (allegedly) philandering former Democratic presidential hopeful and his mistress Rielle Hunter, with whom he is rumored to have a bastard child. Today, they've gone ahead and done it: the tabloid reports that Hunter has been receiving $15,000 a month in hush money from a "wealthy colleague" of Edwards who is closely tied to his campaign.
