For people who thought Winnie the Pooh is just for kids, think again.
A drawing by Pooh illustrator E.H. Shepard was sold for £31,200 ($49,770) at an auction on Tuesday, almost double the pre-sale estimate.
The sketch, Tiggers Don't Like Honey, depicts Pooh putting his paw into a pot of honey while Tigger and Piglet watch. It was purchased by a German collector for his wife, a Pooh aficionado.
The oval picture is a larger version of an illustration from A.A. Milne's children's story The House at Pooh Corner.
