Dennis Rodman is in more hot water after a model claimed the former NBA bad-boy reached up her dress and touched her inappropriately at a party in Miami RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The alleged incident happened during the Miami Rock Fashion Week after-party at the Fontainebleau Hotel early Thursday morning. The woman called police after the incident and investigators confirm to RadarOnline.com that the case is still open.
Earlier in the evening, Rodman piled on the pastels and broke out the face paint at the Pink Collection Fashion Show, taking center stage at the Miami Rock Fashion Week charity event.
