Dennis Quaid and his wife have settled their legal issues with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, which had almost killed their twin babies by accidentally given them a large Heparin overdose last year.
The Quaids have reportedly agreed to a payment of $750,000, subject to court approval. The lawsuit was not against Cedars itself, but with Baxter Healthcare Corp, the drug manufacturer.
The settlement does not take into account any claim that the babies might make against the medical center.
