The jury in the Lillo Brancato second-degree murder trial reported yesterday that it's deadlocked 11-1.
Whatever the finding, it must be unanimous. Deliberations will resume this morning in New York.
The matter almost ended in a mistrial yesterday after it was revealed that a juror had been taking notes during testimony and conducting research at home.
Brancato starred opposite Robert De Niro in the 1993 film A Bronx Tale and played a thug on The Sopranos. He has pleaded not guilty.
