Kathy Griffin stepped out at the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles Saturday looking pretty-in-pink in a bow-waisted dress and sparkly pink heels. The "D-List" star had a shoe switcheroo and was later spotted in white grandma heels that were so hideous, her feet wouldn't even stay in 'em!
