Style Radar: Black and White is the New Black

Victoria Beckham paraded around London in this black and white graphic printed dress, which is very similar to those in the Spring 2010 collection she debuted at New York Fashion Week earlier this month. The style icon cleverly belted her unbuttoned black cardigan with a skinny black belt, accentuating her tiny figure. She offset the busy graphics by accessorizing on the light side, wearing simple black heels and delicate bracelets. She finished the look with a luxurious Hermes bag.
