Style Radar: Black and White is the New Black

Taylor Momsen has quickly established herself as one of young Hollywood’s hottest trendsetters. The Gossip Girl wore this oversized sweater dress over black nylons (no rips!) to the Clinique and Teen Vogue’s Fresh Faces Tour event in New York City this week. She almost got the look, but chose clunky booties which clashed with the sparkling gold ball pendant around her neck.
