Katy Perry has been sporting jumpers and rompers every chance she gets, and last night was no exception: the "I Kissed A Girl" singer stepped out in NYC in a strapless jumper with a large floral print and bright pink patent sling-back platforms. On anyone else, this jumper would look bizarre, but the "Hot N Cold" pop diva pulls it off.
