Saturday's auction of Lou Pearlman's boy toys netted $280,000, the St. Petersburg Times's Helen Huntley reports. The priciest buy was Lou's Escalade golf cart, which went for $10,340. The Anakin Skywalker statue was a steal at $1,100. About 300 registered bidders—400 people, including gawkers—attended the nine-hour auction. [Money Talk]
