Mischa Barton did not look well. She seemed to be stumbling around pool side at a Los Angeles hotel on Tuesday, the day before she was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold like Britney Spears by the Los Angeles Police Department.

no make; sunbathing; I think she looks a lot better she has actually put on some weight and there are no more black circles under her eyes. and she can stand on her own 2 feet.
