    Guidelines for All Formats
    • Linking URL required for each creative
    • Click behavior must open new window (or tab)
    • Cursor behavior changes not allowed
    • Targeting:
      • Country, area code, ISP, domain, hour of day, browser, O.S
    • Third-party serving:
      • Must supply backup .gif
      • Third-party traffic figures must be shared with Radar throughout campaign
      • Can support Javascript or i-frame-based ads
      • Ads will be terminated if tech problems arise
    • CPA not accepted
    • Expansion beyond standard unit must be approved in advance
    • Cancellation/changes three business days minimum in advance of live date
    • Late creative may cause change in start date
