I had hope that the country I was born/raised in had made some progress when it comes to race. Oh I disappointed I am; especially when it comes to the presidential race. Why is it that some people feel an African-American whose superbly intelligent can't be the President of this country? We've had many caucasians to make an attempt; but look how "messed" up it is and has been with the exception of Bill Clinton and he morally screwed up! Of course, that's okay, because- GUESS! People who are "hating on" the Obamas best watch out because it's coming- a change-that is! Get over it and get a life!!!

I'm thoroughly disgusted with Americans and their continued evil of racism against African-Americans, people of colour! A research of history reveals slavery was introduced in 1619. Discrimination, lynching's, segregation, Jim Crow and every conceivable evil conceived by these idiots were perpetrated against African-Americans!
These American gentiles are the most vicious in this nation today, taking into consideration the passing of 389 years since Africans were brought into this country as captives, this horrible behavioral attitude has passed from generation to generation. This accomplished by the indoctrination of innocent children to racism by parents. If you ask these gentiles why they've continued this aberrant behavior, they could not give a valid reason or explanation, because their indoctrination was without basis.
I find Sen. Obama and his beautiful wife Michelle a breath of fresh air to American politics. If a husband and wife of their intelligence and caliber were citizens of the UK, they would be welcomed with open, loving arms into our political system.
We take pride in our Diane Abbott, member of parliament, beautiful, intelligent and respected by all.
She recently celebrated her twentieth year in the House of Commons. Oh, I forgot, she's of African descent.
America doesn't appreciate Sen. Obama or Michelle, they don't realize the positive change they would bring to the US because of their clinging to racism. Americans, not all but those hardcore racist need to "get over it" and accept the intellect and knowledge that African-Americans possess, proven through history with medical, scientific, industrial, fighting your wars and sports contributions to name a few.
Rev. Wright was right, God has damned America and rightly so!
