Radar's unscientific survey of the Factor shows that the vast majority of women appearing on the show are as blonde as butter—from the Fox anchors to the random psychologists. In February, the man admitted it himself. After calling one blonde contributor the name of another, Bill said, "There's a lot of blondes in this operation ... I need sunglasses in here." They're the first true words Bill-O has spoken in years. See for yourself, as Radar introduces the blondes of Bill O'Reilly.
MEGYN KELLY
Co-anchor of the Fox daytime news show America's Newsroom, Kelly is arguably Bill's hottest blondie. But if it was the huge teeth and hot body that sent Bill calling, it's Kelly's experience as a corporate lawyer and her foul mouth (see above) that keeps him coming back for more. Kelly regularly appears on a segment called "Is It Legal?" with fellow blonde Lis Wiehl. The segment has yet to turn into a pudding wrestling, but we trust Bill has it in the works.
LIS WIEHL
Megyn Kelly's frequent sparring partner, Wiehl is a more legit lawyer than her blonde compatriot, with a JD from Harvard and a current position as adjunct professor at New York Law School. A cruder commentator might say that what Wiehl makes up for in brains she loses to Kelly in looks, though we're certainly not going to go there and Bill-O's not noticing. On June 24, O'Reilly told Wiehl on the Radio Factor that she was a piece of "eye candy" and, "You're here because you're good-looking, so I got somebody to look over."
MARGARET HOOVER
Identified on the Factor as a "Republican Consultant," Hoover is a frequent Factor guest, coming on to do everything from defend women's issues to berate Tim Russert. The little blondie is one of the youngest (31) and most well-connected (granddaughter of Herbert, former Guiliani staffer) Factor regulars, and one of the most willing to bust out a little sartorial flair. See: weird necklace (above), scarf.
LAURIE DHUE
Another Fox employee, Laurie Dhue has jumped around from anchoring the news to working as a correspondent on Geraldo at Large to serving as the "ombudsgal" on the Factor. It is in this all-important capacity that Dhue is trotted out each night to read letters from viewers, giving Bill the chance to pump up his ego or belittle the voiceless. But Dhue's main attraction, at least according to YouTubers, are those long legs.
HEATHER NAUERT
In a moment of clarity, young beauty Heather Nauert left Fox News in 2005 to work for ABC. In a moment of fog, she came back two years later. Nauert has yet to have a segment created for her on the Factor, but just look at her sun-kissed visage. We bet it's coming.
MELANIE MORGAN
Conservative talk show host Melanie Morgan is promiscuous on the TV talk circuit. The veteran of MSNBC, CNN, and fellow Fox show Hannity & Colmes is a little elderly for Bill-O to openly lech on, but she more than makes up for being out of O'Reilly's preferred lady-demographic with her voracious right-wing fire.
LEA GOLDMAN
Marie Claire editor Lea Goldman relishes her role as a talking head, making guest appearances on CNN, Today, and the Factor. Bill-O had Goldman on to discuss the Miley Cyrus nudie-pic dustup, but based on her unwillingness to agree with O'Reilly, she can probably expect this to be her last appearance. Nice knowing you, Lea.
SANDY RIOS
Did you really think Bill-O would let this old, ugly blondie [Ed. We prefer "light-haired woman of substance."] on his show if she weren't a bona fide conservative? Like, insanely conservative? Sandy here is a the host of her own radio show, The Sandy Rios Show, and president of Culture Campaign, a Christian culture advocacy fighting for the Lord. Like Bill.
NANCY SODERBERG
Another of Bill-O's mature blondes, Soderberg has impressive foreign policy credentials. According to Wikipedia, she "was the third highest ranking official at the National Security Council from 1993–1997 and served as U.S. Representative for Special Political Affairs at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations with rank of Ambassador. She was a key adviser to President Clinton in negotiating the peace process in Northern Ireland. She served as Deputy Director of President Clinton's national security transition in 1992 and as a senior foreign policy adviser to Senator Edward M. Kennedy." Not according to Wikipedia: Her hair is the color of a freshly baked corn muffin.
DANAH BOYD
On of the great things about Bill-O's blonde obsession is his ability to find a fair-haired maiden to talk about damn near anything. Like Danah Boyd, a rather hippie-ish anthropologist who popped over to the Factor to teach O'Reilly about MySpace, which, he guesses, is a "pretty big deal."
LAURA BERMAN
In the above video, Bill-O is talking about some of his favorite things: lesbians and overblown school controversies. But there's a problem—no one involved in the story is blonde. So what does O'Reilly do? He brings in one of his own. This time it's psychologist Laura Berman, because even a blonde who disagrees with you is better than no blonde at all.
MARINA
Ever hear of Marina, the busty Russian who makes YouTube videos about vocabulary? Bill-O has. Given her hotness and blondeness, he had her on the show. The proprietor of hotforwords.com went on the Factor to chew the linguistic fat with O'Reilly and laugh at his bad jokes, serving to inflate both his ego and his ...
ANITA KAY
A criminal defense attorney who makes the TV rounds, Kay doesn't agree with Bill that people should be lynched for cursing on TV. She does agree, however, that blondes have more fun. And we agree that Bill has more fun when blondes are around.
LILLIAN GLASS
Once again, Bill-O shows that he loves all the blondes, no matter how old or how long their bangs are. Is there any limit to this man's love?

It's a semi-comedic article. Why must you "conservatives" take everything so seriously and to heart?
Plus, I would identify myself with the Democrats, but Bill O'Reilly is the man. He may speak his stupid thoughts, but he's still a man's man.

Hey, do you watch anything other than O'Reilly? If you do, you would know that it seems to be a requirement that for women to appear on air as guests or commentators, they have to have blonde hair. If you are a woman with olive or darker skin, then they have you lighten it as much as possible to go with your skin tone. God forbid you have dark brown or black hair. That is sinful.

You people are idiots. Megan says 'chit' not s***. Geez.

That silly pic is so obviously photoshopped............
That plus the fact that observation shows that there is not a preponderance of blondes on O'Reilly shows this as the smear attempt it is....
Deal with factual errors, should you find any, otherwise stop wasting pixels and electricity.

This is so stupid. I can cherry pick where BOR only talks to redheads, brunettes, black people, democrats, people that don't agree with him that keeps coming on. This is what you call liberal spin.
Can you liberal spinsters make one where coward Olbermann doesn't agree with a lemming he has on his show? lol
