Janet Jackson is hoping the third time's a charm when it comes to marriage!

Michael Jackson's 46-year-old sister, who has already walked down the aisle twice, is engaged to her Qatar billionaire boyfriend Wissam Al Man, according to a new report, and RadarOnline.com has the details.

The 37-year-old, whose net worth is estimated at around $1 billion, presented Jackson with a "huge, expensive ring" earlier in the year, but she hasn't been wearing it because "she's afraid it will get lost, so she keeps it locked up!"

The wedding, which will take place in the spring in Qatar, according to Us Weekly, "will cost millions."

"He is flying in all of Janet's friends and family on private jets," a source tells the mag.

"He wants to get a top chef to create a custom menu."

Apparently Jackson is over the moon about the engagement and can't wait to make it official with her boyfriend of two years.

"She wants kids. If she can't have them, she will adopt."
