Katie Holmes is spending her first post-divorce Thanksgiving without her daughter, Suri.

Holmes was spotted solo at New York's LaGuardia airport early Thursday morning, making the short trip to her parents' home in Ohio.

Six-year-old Suri is spending the holiday with her dad, Tom Cruise.

Katie's been in previews for her return to Broadway, Dead Accounts which opens November 29.

"We have Thursday off, so I’m going to have a chance to go home with my family," Holmes said on Live! earlier in the week. "My sister makes a really good sausage stuffing and my mom makes a great turkey."

And the actress told Jimmy Fallon, "Many years ago, my dad started this tradition where we all do this run in the local park. It's a three mile run called the Turkey Trot. There's even a prize, which I haven't won yet. But it's really fun."

Cruise has been in the UK shooting his latest action film. It's expected he'll have all three of his kids together with him when it comes time to carve the turkey.
