The Cheetah Girls Sabrina Bryan sizzled in her quickstep set to Black Betty with partner Louis Van Amstel in a dance the three judges loved, including Carrie Ann Inaba, who gave her a nine.

"This season, the hits just keep on coming!" Len Goodman told her, while Bruno Tonioli said that Sabrina, "at her best is a true dazzler."

A dark-horse the first time around, Sex & The City stud Gilles Marini came in a close second with 25.5 points on the evening for his jive to Queen's Don't Stop Me Now with partner Peta Murgatroyd.

"I see a little John Travolta thing happening here," Carrie Ann told Gilles, "and it's quite enjoyable!"

Bristol Palin's new-and-improved look hasn't helped her a lick with the judges, who gave her an anemic 18 points Monday after her quickstep set to Redneck Woman with partner Mark Ballas exposed the same lack of skill that doomed her during her initial run.

The pair irked the judges by not staying in the hold position throughout the dance -- a huge no-no, as Bristol would learn.

“You slammed us in the face by saying I’m not gonna follow your rules, so guess what, slam back,” Carrie Ann said. “But, I love watching you perform now."

Len told her, "I liked the hoedown, but the technique was a bit low-down."

Bristol's mom Sarah was in the crowd, and gave her a standing ovation in spite of the perceived missteps.

The full totals on the evening: Sabrina and Louis (26); Gilles and Peta (25.5); Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough (25); Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff (24.5); Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani (23.5); Helio Castroneves and Chelsie Hightower (23); Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke (22.5); Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson (22.5); Drew Lachey and Anna Trebunskaya (22.5); Kelly Monaco and Valentin Chmerkovskiy (22); Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy (21) and Bristol and Mark (18).
