Lindsay Lohan is sporting some seriously over-pumped lips.

The Mean Girls actress was spotted at an event in Los Angeles Thursday night, and a noted plastic surgeon had just one word for her uber-plumbed lips, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"Wow!" Dr. Anthony Youn tells RadarOnline.com. “Lindsay's lips look like a pair of Kielbasa!"

The board certified plastic surgeon -- who has not treated Lohan -- offered that LiLo's lips look more like she had an allergic reaction to something than had a beauty treatment.

“They appear to have been recently plumped up with a filler like Juvederm, making them look like she's suffering an allergic reaction.

“I really think Lindsay could benefit from the services of a therapist instead of a plastic surgeon," he suggested. "But at least her lips will settle down within a couple months.”

Lindsay’s face drama comes just days after another bout of family drama.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lindsay and her mom Dina, 50, got into what the Liz & Dick star first described as a vicious fight last week in New York.

The spat got so rowdy, cops had to be called, and it turns out the pair were battling over $40,000 that Lindsay had given her broke mother.

They've since reconciled and Lindsay is back fighting with her dad, Michael.
