It looks like Robert Pattinson won't be patching things up with Kristen Stewart anytime soon, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Ever since news broke that Kristen had a fling with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, the status of her relationship with Rob has been unclear  - until now.

A new report claims the 26-year-old is selling the $6.3 million Los Feliz house he lived in with Kristen because, "he said there are too many memories."

The house which sits "on an acre and a half of land and has a 150-person screening room and amazing gardens," used to be owned by ER star Noah Wylie, but the British actor bought the lavish property in September 2011.

Another source says Rob and Kristen "are talking" and that "Rob doesn't hate her and he's not mad . . . He just doesn't get why she did it. He loves her and thinks about her constantly."

He's been putting on a brave front and promoting his projects, but Kristen is  "close to a total meltdown," according to another source. "She isn't sleeping and she stays up all night crying."

Meanwhile, as RadarOnline.com previously reported, Sanders has been desperately trying to save his marriage to his wife Liberty Ross.
