They may be reality stars, but that doesn’t mean they are 100% real - or bashful about their artificial assets!

From Mob Wives and Teen Moms to Real Housewives, these reality television celebrities are not only open to exposing their personal lives, but also their plastic surgery procedures. RadarOnline.com has photos of 10 reality stars who have copped to going under the knife.

When you get 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, it is pretty impossible to keep it a secret! Heidi Montag was the first to dish on her plastic surgery procedures, after undergoing a massive transformation by the late Dr. Frank Ryan.  The Hills star not only did extensive interviews about her new, fake look, but also posed for photos during her surgeries.

Jenelle Evans is far from bashful about her boob job! The Teen Mom star went to all lengths to show off her new twins, stripping down into skimpy bikinis and sharing sexy photos with all of her Twitter fans.

Sharon Osbourne has never been one to hide her plastic surgery. The Osbournes matriarch has always been 100% open about her extensive cosmetic procedures.

They may be RealHousewives, but Brandi Glanville and Bethenny Frankel aren’t shy about their fake assets. Both the New York and Beverly Hills beauties have admitted to going under the knife and getting fake boobs.
