Former Lost star Matthew Fox was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the early hours of Friday morning, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

The 45-year-old actor was taken into custody by police in Bend, Oregon, at 3:23 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence while heading to a fast food restaurant for a late night snack.

It is the second time that the married father-of-two has ended up behind bars in the past year.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Fox was taken into custody in Cleveland, Ohio, last August following an altercation with the female driver of a party bus who claims he drunkenly climbed aboard and assaulted her.

According to the police report, driver Heather Bormann said Fox "tried to board a private party bus that she was driving,” and she "got up from the driver's seat and blocked the entrance."

At that point, Fox punched Bormann “in the chest and stomach area,” the report stated, adding Fox was detained -- not arrested -- and was later “released to a friend and conveyed to his hotel via taxi.”
