‘Tortured’ Bethenny Frankel Discusses Marriage Woes

In the upcoming season of Bethenny Ever After, the most successful Real Housewives of ‘em all, New York entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel, reveals she feels “tortured” in her marriage.
In a preview clip -- provided to RadarOnline.com by Bravo -- we see a montage of images showing the sexy socialite’s jet-setting life, from appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to hitting the slopes to being stranded out at sea. But the most compelling part of the new season appears to be Bethenney struggling to get along with her husband of almost two years, Jason Hoppy.
In one scene, we see Jason telling Bethenny, “An apology is not enough for you, you just keep it going!;” in another, we see Bethenny confessing she’s the “tortured one” in her relationship.

And we also see Bethenny’s nurtuing side, as she tearfully tells the camera what she wants in life for her almost-2-year-old daughter, Bryn Casey Hoppy.
“I want her to be soft and sweet and nice -- and not hard and a survivor like me,” the socialite, 41, says in an on-camera testimonial.

Bethenny previously said the strain between she and Hoppy -- who’ve been plagued by rumors of divorce less than two years into their marriage -- can be attributed to their “totally different backgrounds.”

“I'm in therapy,” Bethenny said. “I've always been good at business, but I've always struggled with relationships based on my background, and we kind of get into that this season.”
Bethenny Ever After’s new season premieres on Monday, February 20 at 9/8c on Bravo.

Hard to know what goes on behind closed doors... I see the handwriting on the wall. Will she turn out to be another Martha Stewart - divorced many times, rich and alone? Too bad.

So sick of tortured, poor little rich Bethenny always blaming her parents, yet never treating Jason's loving parents with respect or love. She's a damaged piece of work.

Jason is in a tough place. His rich wife is brutal. (I LOVE you B!) I do not know if they can survive the situation. Is that why the rumor is circulating that the show is canceled after this season?

She has one of the ugliest faces I have EVER seen, seriously. Her eyes/the shape are just wretched-looking, almost like she could have been born to the Munster family. Gross. AND, she looks MUCH older than 41.

get past it then everything falls into place again. If they can hang on thry will be ok

The honeymoon is definitely over. WTF is there to be jealous of? Money cannot buy this woman the peace of mind she so deeply wishes for. Karma is a bish. She is aging horribly.

I've always liked Bethenny, flaws and all, - there is something about her survival skills that I admire. I wish the best her and her beautiful family, including in-laws.

She is only 41? Good Lord! I thought she was at LEAST 48! I am 42 and don't have anything even remotely close to those lines on her face. He needs to take his daughter and get the hell away from that cartoon freak!
