Rose McGowan’s Real Estate Woes Over: Go Inside Her Stunning New Home

Rose McGowan has had some serious real estate issues!

The Charmed star lived in a Spanish-style villa in Los Feliz, California which she loved, but apparently thought it was the cause of her constant allergies.

She had thousands of dollars of work done on the air ducts, to no avail, so she sold the house to music manager Scott Rodgers for a whopping $1,775,000 in May 2011, according to Zillow.com.

However, wait for it -- she subsequently found out that it was her down pillows, and NOT the house, causing her allergies!

McGowan tried to get Rodgers to sell the home back to her, but he wanted more than she was willing to pay.

Rose didn’t despair though, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the stunning new home she eventually purchased in the Hollywood Hills.

It is a mid-century modern style 2,927 square foot house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The home has luxurious outdoor living spaces with patios, fireplaces and heaters, a chef’s kitchen, hardwood floors and stunning view of the Griffith Observatory.
