Hollywood recluse Johnny Depp and his leading lady of 14 years, Vanessa Paradis, have been leading separate lives according a new report — and it was RadarOnline.com who exclusively told you first.

Johnny, 48, attended the Golden Globes on Sunday sans Vanessa, 39, and People magazine claims the couple hasn't walked a red carpet together in more than a year.

"He had his head down and he did not smile. He looked messy," an eyewitness told the magazine. "He walked off stage and went right out the back door."

As RadarOnline.com was first to tell you, his personal life is falling apart as his relationship with Vanessa crumbles.

"Johnny isn't handling anything well right now," a source close to the Pirates of the Caribbean star told us. "People around him are worried about how Johnny is doing because he and Vanessa seem so fractured right now. Their relationship is heading toward the end."

So much so, that the couple is secretly ending their very public relationship — and they've even contacted attorneys.

"Johnny has started reaching out to lawyers, probably to quietly discuss how to get out of the relationship. They're not married but they've been together for years and have kids together so it isn't as easy as just breaking up," the source said. "Johhny is so talented at acting, but he doesn’t seem able to hide how badly things are going right now."

Just days after RadarOnline.com broke the story of Johnny's trouble in paradise, Vanessa was spotted looking tired and miserable at The Grove with daughter Lily-Rose.

It wasnt that long he made that movie with AJ and AJ always looks so mentally tortured..as for her still having Brad well he was easy to have so she has him and gets her kicks out of having more men..hope I am wrong but...

I think more than likely they just grew apart and got bored with each other. 15 years is a long time. It happens, even to famous people.

She's probably miserable here. Combine that with her bad temper and that pretty much explains everything. In France, she and her family are a big deal, more so than Johnny is. Over here, she's a nobody

first of all, johnny depp looks like a street person..golden globes..his hair was so greasy, and his hair cuts are horrible. head down in horrible shame. what is wrong with the guy. add in no marriage + kids, and they are both wrong..losers.

the split hapened just since Vanessa and the kids lives in L.A most of the time as the kids are in a private school there, they should stay in France...
