The home, which was purchased in 1997, was on the market for nearly a year, after being listed in early January 2011 for $8,995,000.

The Craigs' home, which they nicknamed 'The Villa' appropriately boasts a huge and fully stocked in-home gym, tennis courts and a pool.

The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all with views that stretch to the Pacific Ocean.

The three-acre property also includes a car museum and 2-bedroom guest house.

Rancho Santa Fe is a posh area located about 20 miles north of San Diego.
