J.Lo & Casper Smart Don't Care About 18-Year Gap In Age

Jennifer Lopez’s love don't cost a thing -- and her age doesn't mean a thing, her 24-year-old boy toy Casper Smart implied in a tweet Wednesday.
"Age, status, n opinions of others are irrelevant," tweeted Smart, who's 18-years younger than the 42-year-old American Idol judge. "Our hearts are endless and our souls infinite. Ages are mere reminders of the hours logged on this earth and the precious time remaining.”
He continued by tweeting, “We should all honor our time here by indulging our passion and dreams. So, close your ears and open your hearts; Love and be happy!"-- a sentiment re-tweeted by Lopez.

Fun fact: Madonna, at 53, is 29 years older than her current boy toy, 24-year-old Brahim Zabat. Prior to that, she dated Brazilian model Jesus Luz, who she was 28 years older than at the time of their relationship.
J.Lo can be seen on American Idol, which next airs Thursday at 8/7c on Fox; a special edition will air Sunday following the NFL playoff game between the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers on Fox.
