Halle Berry’s adorable little girl Nahla snuggled with her father Gabriel Aubry in West Hollywood, Calif. on Tuesday, and RadarOnline.com has the photos of their sweet ‘daddy and daughter’ time.

The tot is in the middle of a contentious legal battle between her parents, who were in court just a day earlier fighting over their custody arrangement.

Little Nahla doesn’t seem to know about the stresses in her parent’s lives as her dad carried her to school as she snuggled on his shoulder. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Halle is currently paying Gabriel’s legal fees and she wants him to have supervised visits with their daughter.

The little girl balances both sides well, and spent the weekend with her mom showing off her affections for Halle’s boyfriend Olivier Martinez.

i think its great halle berry has to pay gabriels legal bills. maybe when she gets tired of payng them she ll straighen up and stop this insanity
