The American leader has gone American Idol.
President Barack Obama channeled R&B legend Al Green in singing Let's Stay Together during a fundraiser at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York on Thursday, and we've got the clip for you right here on RadarOnline.com.
“Those guys didn't think I would do it,” the president joked after his remarkably apt performance.
Fun fact: Let's Stay Together -- Billboard's top R&B song of 1972 -- was famously featured during a scene in Quentin Tarantino's 1994 cult classic Pulp Fiction.
