Ryan Phillippe is still a bachelor but he's apparently gotten tired of his lavish Hollywood Hills bachelor pad. Reese Witherspoon's ex-husband -- and daddy to Ava and Deacon -- has listed his stunning Aspen-inspired 7,600 sq. ft. home for $7.45 million.

The house has five bedrooms and a home theater complete with drop-down movie screen.
It also has a pool, a massive fire pit and drop dead views of the city.

The Lincoln Lawyer costar briefly had the house listed at the same price this time last year. Maybe the second time will be the charm.

further more....this "house" as earlybird said is the size of a shopping mall. Why a young handsome straight
actor would pay over 7 million for a house that Liberace might feel more at home in amazes me!

I looked at several photos of Ryan Phillippe's Hollywood Hills home. I couldn't believe my eyes!
Here you have a young guy from New Castle, Delaware now living in a "house" that is pure gaudy excess!

Beautiful home, but would need some major renovations in a few areas. The decor` is not my taste, but doesn't mean it's not tasteful. The yellow skylight coverings/ shades would have to go. I prefer the natural light appearing overhead.

The house is so beautiful. You can hike right into the canyon. It has everything. I want it!
Ryan lives in New York now doesn't he? So that is probably why he wants to sell it.

This pad is FAT!!! Out of all the homes they show pictures of, this one is the ideal pad. Wish all my money wasn't tied up in oil rigs or I'd buy it. Then I'd get Farrah to move out and be my pool girl!

its weird cause years ago people raised large families in tiny homes and kids turned out good for the most part and now they have two or three people rattling around in something the size of a shopping mall and the kids are disturbed
